Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: Fresno, Modesto, or San Luis Obispo, CA Pay: $50,000 – $80,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our clients and insurance carriers. This person will handle day-to-day insurance tasks, help clients with their questions, manage policies and renewals, and make sure everything is completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Work with commercial insurance clients and insurance carriers on daily requests. Answer client questions and help resolve insurance-related issues. Process policies, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and invoices. Collect information from clients for new policies and renewals. Work with the Producer to manage and complete policy renewals. Prepare insurance proposals and presentations for clients and prospects. Keep client and policy information updated in EPIC. Follow up on pending items and make sure deadlines are met. Manage multiple accounts and tasks while maintaining accuracy. Provide excellent customer service to clients and carriers. Requirements Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. At least 2 years of experience in a similar insurance role. Good knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance . Experience with policies, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other insurance documents. Good communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with EPIC / Applied Epic is a plus. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
