Job Description Job Description Commercial Chiller Service Technician - Centrifugal H and G Systems | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX $45-$55/Hour + Take-Home Vehicle | Full-Time, Year-Round 100% commercial and industrial work — no residential calls. Top Perks * $45-$55/hr based on experience * Take-home vehicle, dispatched from home * 90% employer-paid medical insurance * 401(k) with 6% match * PTO + 8 paid holidays * Tuition/book reimbursement for continued training * Relocation assistance available What You'll Do * Diagnose, repair, and maintain centrifugal chillers and large HVAC systems * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control issues * Perform start-ups, commissioning, and preventative maintenance * Read schematics and complete digital service reports What You Need * 5+ years servicing centrifugal chillers or large commercial HVAC * Experience with York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, or similar * EPA 608 Universal Certification (required) * TDLR license (required) * Valid driver's license, insurable record Work exclusively on advanced commercial equipment — no residential service or replacements.
