Job Description Job Description Spa Front Desk Asst Manager/Cashier (Aesthetic Studio) We are an award winning, well-known, boutique style, high-end aesthetic (day spa) studio located in south Arlington, TX , focused on delivering a seamless, elevated client experience in a warm, refined environment that's know for professionalism, excellent results and a warm and friendly environment and staff. We are seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented Front Desk Client Coordinator/Cashier who thrives in a busy setting and takes pride in creating a polished and welcoming experience for every client. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in clients with warmth and efficiency Manage a high-volume appointment schedule and daily tasks responsibilities Answer phones and coordinate bookings Process payments and maintain accurate records Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly Support the team to ensure a seamless daily flow Manage front desk/lobby sales, processes, upkeep What We’re Looking For Strong multitasking and time management skills Quick learner with technology and scheduling systems Calm yet high energy and highly efficient, professionaland confident under pressure Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting quickly Friendly, polished, and client-focused Reliable and detail-oriented Preference given to experienced spa, retail, medical office, beauty backgrounds with similar responsibilities Excellent Phone etiquette and skills Excellent sales skills Excellent task management/organization Computer inputting skills Basic Math skills Ability and experience ringing a register and balancing Social Media skills (to record and post content) High Energy, positive, respectful w/excellent communication skills . Skin care and spa skills (a big plus) Strong learning and information retention skills Strong team building, leadership and team work skills, desire & commitment Important This is a multi-functionand frequently fast pacedclient-facing role with multiple responsibilities, including opening and closing the spa/store, checking clients in/out, maintaining a clean, organized and fresh lobby and product counter and displays, assisting with laundry and room preparation, making outgoing calls to fill schedule, maintaining inventory, checking emails, voice mails and social media maintenance and posting, selling boutique items, skin care and assisting estheticians as needed . Ideal candidates are comfortable working with urgency, multitasking, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. While its anawesome, calm environment, there are many duties and when done according to policy and established procedures, its a very rewarding experience to run front counter of a day spa with a small staff and incredible clientele. Excellent working hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8:40 - 5:30 (6:30 on Thursdays & Saturday or when closing is completed) $500-$575per week plus commission opportunity on sales of boutique and year-end bonus opportunity for exceeding goals .
