Job description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The role involves designing, developing, configuring, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions while working closely with Architects, BAs, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations aligned with business needs
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events).
- Implement and enhance HRSD Case Management, HR Services, HR Templates, Topics, Assignment Rules, and Knowledge.
- Develop server-side and client-side scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, SLAs, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and email integrations.
- Support CMDB, Discovery awareness, and data integrity for ITSM processes.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production support (L2/L3).
- Handle upgrades, cloning activities, update set management, and platform best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD implementations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
- Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center customization.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Ability to independently own modules and deliver end-to-end solutions.
