Procedural Specialist - Austin, TX

Becton Dickinson seeks a Procedural Specialist to drive sales of peripheral intervention medical devices and services across an assigned territory. The role involves building customer relationships, executing product demonstrations, and managing comprehensive sales activities for devices used in vascular, urological, and critical care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sell complete product line to existing and prospective customers in assigned geography
• Conduct comprehensive in-service training on products to clinical staff and decision-makers
• Plan and manage sales calls strategically to meet sales objectives
• Develop deep product knowledge and clinical evidence to support customer solutions
• Complete sales reports, expense documentation, and account tracking records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four years of outside sales experience
• Two or more years of outside sales experience or equivalent
• Medical device sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and basic anatomy
• Medical and surgical terminology proficiency
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Understanding of contract administration and needs-based selling
