Business Analyst

Nuclear Energy About the role: We're looking for a Business Analyst-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 6-months contract assignment.(W-2) You will work with our client's Regulatory & Political Affairs, Legal and outside vendors to prepare and implement contracts for lobbying and political consultants. Requires concise writing, proofreading and editing for spelling and grammar. Can work in a team environment at all levels. If you have a background working as a paralegal could be beneficial. You will report to the onsite Manager. Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure retention of contracts and supporting documentation on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site.
• Maintain the Lobbyist, Consultants and Trades Report on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site.
• Ensure proper coding of invoices and payment of vendors.
• Prepare requests for political contributions and track of the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site.
• Prepare quarterly BOD reporting of political contributions.

Qualifications:

• Follow established workflows and guidelines, understand office procedures and practices.
• Requires clear and concise writing, proofreading and editing for spelling and grammar.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Background working as a paralegal could be beneficial.
