Quality Manager

Harper Fox Partners are supporting a global business who are planning for their next phase of aggressive growth and continued expansion across Oklahoma. They are a leading global provider in sustainable products and solutions, supporting a variety of different sectors. A key part of recent success has been attributed to the demand in supporting Data Center development across North America, so this Quality Manager appointment will focused on establishing a strong foundation to build upon with ample opportunity for continued progression within the business, both at a local level and on a global scale. Responsibilities Develop QHSE management systems Strong focus on driving improvements, developing procedures, maintaining compliance across teams and functions, influencing leadership and driving organizational change Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings Promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental areas Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in technical field required (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) or relevant experience 5 - 7+ years relevant work experience leading teams and Quality processes/systems ISO9000: 2000 standard and/or ASME Quality Control System Generous 401(k) contribution Healthcare, Dental and Vision coverage Strong bonus scheme, vacation and paid time off benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
