We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join an onsite team in Delaware in a contract capacity with the potential for a permanent role. This position supports day-to-day sales and purchasing activities by coordinating quotes, reviewing order details, and helping ensure customer requests are handled accurately and on time. It is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and cross-functional teams while building experience in sales support and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Create material lists and quote documentation based on customer needs and direction from the sales team.

• Develop pricing proposals using internal system data and established pricing standards to support timely customer responses.

• Verify order, product, quantity, and pricing information before release to help reduce processing errors.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and related teams to resolve discrepancies and keep orders moving efficiently.

• Initiate billing or invoice updates when inconsistencies are identified and follow through to completion.

• Maintain organized records of quotes, revisions, and customer-related communications for accurate tracking.

• Respond to requests for quote adjustments, pricing updates, and order support from internal stakeholders.

• Assist with purchasing-related coordination, including support for purchase order activities and departmental administrative tasks.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales support, purchasing, customer service, or a related administrative function.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, purchasing processes, and general sales or order coordination activities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review pricing, quantities, and product information accurately.
• Comfort working with numbers, business systems, and data entry in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with multiple internal departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several requests and deadlines at the same time.
• Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to learn internal pricing or order management systems quickly.
