Room Attendant (Part-Time)

Position Summary

Pulse Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant (Part-Time) who takes pride in delivering clean, welcoming rooms and an excellent guest experience. You will help ensure every room is refreshed to our high standards, contributing to a comfortable stay and a memorable impression of our brand.

This role is part-time, with schedules that may also include full-time coverage as business needs shift.

What You'll Do

• Clean and reset guest rooms according to hotel standards, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common-touch areas
• Change linens and towels , restock amenities, and ensure beds are made neatly and correctly
• Dust, vacuum, and polish to maintain a clean, fresh, and organized appearance
• Inspect rooms before turnover to confirm quality and attention to detail
• Report maintenance issues and notify the appropriate team when supplies or repairs are needed
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures while handling cleaning products and equipment
• Provide friendly, respectful service that supports guest needs throughout the day

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, move, lift, and work efficiently throughout a shift
• Comfort working independently and as part of a housekeeping team
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is essential

REQUIREMENTS

• Provide consistently thorough room cleaning and refresh services according to Pulse Hospitality standards.
• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned to brand and safety requirements, including bathrooms, floors, and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain attention to detail by inspecting each room for cleanliness, damages, and missing items before guest arrival.
• Follow established checklists and time standards to complete assignments efficiently.
• Handle guest requests and communication professionally while maintaining a respectful, discreet attitude.
• Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and room discrepancies to the appropriate team promptly.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely by following label directions and hotel procedures.
• Adhere to all housekeeping policies, confidentiality practices, and emergency procedures.
• Demonstrate reliability and flexibility to work part-time or full-time schedules as needed.
