Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to manufacture precision components by setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machining equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, selecting tooling, performing machine setups, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining tight tolerances in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The CNC Machinist will play a key role in producing high-quality parts while ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Essential Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Select, install, and replace cutting tools as needed.
• Set work offsets, tool offsets, and perform machine setups.
• Verify first-piece quality and perform in-process inspections.
• Measure parts using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and indicators.
• Make program edits and tool wear adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain tight tolerances while meeting production and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
