You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily. Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients. What We're Looking For 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong distributed systems background. 3+ years of professional technical leadership experience influencing team technical direction. Advanced English is required. Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET (Web API, MVC architectures). Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. Extensive experience with Entity Framework and Dapper. Strong distributed systems background with experience in microservices and event‑driven architectures. Proven experience designing RESTful APIs and working with 1/2 standards. Track record of building high‑scale or regulated systems (healthcare preferred). Proven experience with AWS. Solid experience with containerization tools such as Kubernetes or Docker. Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and Helm). Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience implementing event streaming solutions using Kafka or Kinesis. Strong understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, and modern DevOps practices. Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization using OAuth/OIDC. Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. Forensic attention to detail. A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
