Cardiac Monitoring Training Lead

Baxter Healthcare is hiring a Clinical Services Trainer to ensure quality and consistency in cardiac monitoring by training Analysis Technicians in ECG interpretation, reporting standards, and proprietary software platforms. You will partner with Clinical Services leadership to onboard new technicians, support continuing education, and uphold qualification criteria across the organization.
