Lead Product Engineer

Seeking a remote Product Engineer Initiative Lead specializing in Rails, this full-time position will manage end-to-end initiatives, from defining requirements and shaping UX to shipping production features rapidly while leveraging AI tools for enhanced productivity.
Key responsibilities
Own initiatives from research to launch, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs
Ship Rails features quickly, utilizing AI tooling to maximize development throughput
Define and decompose large projects into manageable, well-scoped tasks for execution
Required qualifications
Experience as a founding engineer or leading intrapreneurial projects in startups
Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails and related technologies (PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq)
Strong product instincts with a history of engaging stakeholders to shape UX
Proven ability to utilize AI tools for accelerated development
Exceptional skills in breaking down complex initiatives into actionable tasks
