Founded in 1979
One of the state’s largest Community Health Centers. Our organization provides high quality healthcare to residents across nine Southwest Georgia counties.
Comprised of 28 clinical sites, a pharmacy, and one administrative location.
Our physician group includes over 80 providers
Specialize in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Midwifery, Podiatry, Behavioral Health, Optometry, and Dentistry.

About the Role:

Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Albany, GA (1.5hrs from Tallahassee!)
Provides medical services in the general care and treatment of patients in the health center.
Diagnoses and treats illnesses or diseases of the patients, instructs patients in their proper care and treatment alternatives, and instructs medical support staff as needed.
See patients of all ages
Schedule: M-F - 8am to 5pm. Zero Weekends or Holidays!
Daily Volume: 20 per day
100% Outpatient Clinic Care

Excellent Comp Structure with Income Guarantees - $250,000 / yr base salary year 1.
Up to $100K Sign on Bonus!! ($50K at Year 2 and $50K at Year 4)

CME Allowance: 5 Days and $3.5K
Relocation Allowance: $5K if in state or $10K if out of state

Loan Repayment Program Eligibility - NHSC ($75K forgiven in the first two years!)

Background Profile:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Ability to hold and maintain Georgia State License
