Computer Technician I – Tobler, R. E. ES (Shared Position with Ronzone ES) Location: Las Vegas, NV Salary: $87,000.00–$125,000.00 Overview Clark County School District seeks a Computer Technician I to provide desktop support across the district. Candidates will work directly with end users to resolve hardware and software issues and maintain systems for optimal performance. Responsibilities Provide operations and support assistance, troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems. Respond to service requests via the ticketing system and maintain documentation. Assist with account and network troubleshooting as needed. Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades. Other duties assigned by the IT department. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent (GED or foreign equivalency). Three (3) years of experience in microcomputer support, including one (1) year providing desktop support and troubleshooting. OR two (2) years of college coursework in an IT‑related field (e.g., MIS, CS) plus one (1) year of desktop support experience. OR successful completion of the Clark County School District Computer Technician – Entry‑Level Program. Valid Nevada driver’s license and up‑to‑date driving record within the past six (6) months.
