Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney in Southern Pines, NC. This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal services across North and South Carolina. Duties Manage a caseload independently from inception through resolution. Attend court proceedings including trials, motion hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations. Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, discovery, and legal memoranda. Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Collaborate with team members across multiple offices. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina. 1+ years of experience preferred; new graduates considered for associate roles. Experience in litigation, real estate, or creditors' rights strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active license to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina. Skills Excellent analytical skills.
