Employee Benefits Associate Account Executive

Associate Account Executive Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Account Executive to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in brokerage and benefits, who thrives in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will manage accounts from A-Z, working closely with carriers, handling RFPs, and engaging directly with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a mix of self-funded, fully insured, and level-funded accounts. Compensation Package Salary : Up to $75,000 annually Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of account management, including client interaction and carrier relations. Handle Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensure timely and accurate submissions. Provide expert guidance on a variety of funding arrangements, including self-funded, fully insured, and level-funded plans. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Qualifications/Requirements Licensing : Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required. Experience : 3-4 years of relevant experience in brokerage and benefits management is ideal. Technical Skills : Familiarity with Benefits Pointe and/or EPIC. Work Environment : Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (partially remote, partially in-office). Client Focus : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and carriers.
