Job Description & Requirements • Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with 32 guaranteed hours per week. 90% productivity standard must be met for guaranteed hours. Work setting: SNF. Responsibilities Deliver physical therapy services to patients in a short‑stay facility. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to productivity standards, and collaborate with the facility team to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications APTA‑accredited Physical Therapy graduate (or equivalent). Strong communication and clinical problem‑solving skills.
