The Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest reception and smooth staff coordination. Reporting directly to the owner, this role manages a medium-sized team of 6 to 10 members and maintains a flexible work schedule to support facility needs and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest reception and ensure a welcoming environment
- Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support
- Create and maintain staff scheduling
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee inventory related to front desk supplies and equipment
