Merchandise Coordinator

Summary As a Merchandise Coordinator based in Corte Madera, CA, you will support merchandise planning and execution for the Home Office. You will assist cross-functional teams with inventory management, purchase order administration, and basic merchandising analysis to help meet sales and assortment goals. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage transactional merchandising tasks. Responsibilities Assist with creation, tracking, and reconciliation of purchase orders and receipts. Maintain and update merchandise data, inventory records, and assortment files. Support replenishment, transfers, and markdown processes to optimize inventory flow. Prepare regular merchandising reports and analyze sales and inventory performance. Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and store teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely delivery. Requirements 1+ years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a related function. Proficiency in Excel and experience with merchandising or ERP systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
