Location: Bristol RI
Shift: Day Hours/Week: 40 Start Time: 8:00 AM -End Time: 4:30 PM
Local Candidate only.
Hours: This posting will be for 1 full time role (40 hours)

State License - Registered Dietitian
Covid Proof
CPR/BLS
TB (2-step, Tspot or Qauntiferon - within 1 year of start date)
MMR
Varicella
Tdap (within 10 years of start date)
HepB or Declination
Flu or Declination (vaccine proof must be current year)
Annual Physical (within 1 year of start date)
Driver's License
