Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a skilled Sit-Down Forklift Operator in Monticello, GA. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will be responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift, moving materials efficiently, and helping maintain an organized and productive warehouse environment. In a Sit-Down Forklift Operator job, you’ll be responsible for:- Safely operating a sit-down forklift to move and organize materials
- Loading and unloading materials and products
- Transporting materials throughout the warehouse or production area
- Following all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Maintaining an organized and clean work area
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate a sit-down forklift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- $16 per hour
- Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Consistent weekday schedule
