Summary Customer-facing sales role focused on women's ready-to-wear. Provide personalized styling and product knowledge to drive sales and create an exceptional shopping experience. Support visual merchandising and maintain store floor standards. Responsibilities Deliver personalized service and styling to customers to achieve sales goals. Assist customers with product selection, fitting rooms, and alterations referrals. Maintain merchandise presentation, restock inventory, and execute floor moves. Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately. Support receiving, inventory counts, and loss prevention efforts. Requirements 1-2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in women's apparel. Strong customer service, communication, and styling skills. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
