Senior Manager Agile Program Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / PMO Lead to oversee large-scale enterprise programs across healthcare , pharma , and retail environments . This role requires strong program governance, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional global teams while driving delivery excellence across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Lead complex enterprise programs and PMO governance across distributed onshore/offshore teams. Drive program execution, milestone tracking, RAID management, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and executive dashboards. Serve as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination across multiple program workstreams. Provide executive-level communication and white-glove stakeholder engagement with Director to C-level leadership. Ensure delivery consistency across global teams operating across multiple time zones. Required Qualifications 10–15+ years of Program/Project Management experience within large enterprise environments. Strong PMO leadership and governance experience with complex programs. Proven ability to manage cross-functional and globally distributed teams. Experience in healthcare, pharma, and/or retail industries. Strong strategic oversight, risk management, and executive communication skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.
