  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient environments and create tailored treatment plans

Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution
Certifications
  • Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification is preferred
