Pharmacy Technician

Supporting the standardization and optimization of specialty pharmacy services, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage prescription processing, provide customer service, and assist patients with medication delivery and billing while working remotely. Key responsibilities Process prescription information and assist with accurate billing of third-party payers Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients with prescriptions and coordinating medication deliveries Maintain patient accounts and assist with prior authorizations and appeals for denied claims Required qualifications South Carolina Licensed Pharmacy Technician License (required) National Certified Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician License (required) High School diploma or GED (required); Bachelor's Degree or completion of Pharmacy Technician Course (preferred) 1 year of experience in provider clinic, specialty, and/or retail pharmacy (required) Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record (preferred)
