Regulatory Permitting Lead for State & Local Programs

Blackwing

Rainmaker is seeking a Regulatory Permitting Specialist to own the state and local regulatory pathway for its domestic cloud seeding programs. You will scope regulatory requirements across multiple states and drive their closure before operations begin. In this role you will build relationships with state permitting boards, water resource agencies, and environmental regulators, translating requirements into executable plans and templates for scalable compliance across the western United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blackwing
