Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in CVICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to CVICU patients, focusing on adults with acute cardiac conditions.
• Administer and titrate critical care medications and drips, including Dex, Propofol, and Epi.
• Collaborate with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, interpret in-room telemetry, and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely using the Cerner charting system.
• Participate in unit-specific orientation and adhere to all facility protocols, including dress code and floating requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of CVICU nursing experience required.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• Proficiency in dysrhythmia recognition is mandatory.
• Must demonstrate expertise in operating IABP and CRRT equipment.
• Ability to float across ICU/PCU/MS/Tele units as needed.
