Sunrise View Assisted Living is seeking to hire a full-time Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate long-term care for our elderly assisted living residents. Most importantly, as a member of our team, you have the opportunity to make a difference every day! QUALIFICATIONS No experience necessary paid training provided.Ability to pass a background check.Reliable transportation.Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Provide or assist in direct care to residents such as bathing, medication administration, meal preparation, recreational activities, laundry, and basic housekeeping.Help organize and host community events such as family picnics, special entertainment for the residents, parties, community coffee, etc.Provide tours to potential residents and their families.Maintain good relationships with residents, family members, community guests, co-workers, etc. WORK SCHEDULE Our Home Health Aides (HHA) enjoy a flexible schedule. The typical schedule includes rotating every other weekend and every other holiday.
