This Acquisitions Analyst/Associate role will be integral to the sourcing, tracking, underwriting, diligencing, and closing of investments across all major property types, with a primary focus on Northeast, Midwest, and Dallas markets. Responsibilities include preparing detailed underwriting in Excel and Argus, crafting defensible cash flow projections and deal returns based on historical precedent and thoroughly researched assumptions, leading creation of internal and external presentations and memos, and managing multiple deal processes simultaneously.
