Our Chapman Volkswagen of Scottsdale location is seeking an experienced Volkswagen Automotive Service Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You'll handle everything from routine service to complex electrical and mechanical repairs in a modern, high-volume service facility with strong support and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Volkswagen vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C
• Perform thorough inspections and document findings and recommendations
• Communicate repair needs and time estimates to Service Advisors
• Complete repair orders according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Perform warranty repairs per Volkswagen requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in all repairs

Qualifications

• At least 3 years Volkswagen diagnostic, maintenance, and repair experience required
• Must have your own tools
• ASE/Volkswagen certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
