Physical Therapist – Full Time – Compass Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center – Conway, SC This job was posted and verified on 04/28/2026 Compass Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center provides post-acute care with long-term, short-term, and geriatric services. We are seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist for our in‑house rehab program. Responsibilities Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans. Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices, and wound care. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers. Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications Physical Therapist license is required. New graduates are welcome.
