Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsService Technician Qualifications2+ years of Service Technician experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification preferredFord CertificationPrevious experience at a Ford dealership is preferredB level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentExcellent customer service skills and basic computer competenciesPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentTeammate with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbout UsColonial Truck of Richmond is a family-owned commercial truck dealership that’s been serving the area since 1966.
