Now Hiring: Apartment Porter - Anna, TX 75409

Pay: $16/hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable, hardworking Porter to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of an apartment community in Anna, TX.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Clean breezeways, hallways, stairwells, and common areas
• Maintain the grounds, amenities, pool area, and parking lots
• Assist with trash-outs and preparing vacant apartments
• Support the maintenance team with basic tasks as needed
• Report safety concerns and needed repairs to the supervisor
• Follow all property and workplace safety standards

Requirements

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
• Professional attitude and reliable transportation
