Lead Property Accountant - Housing Development & Compliance

A leading social services organization in New York is seeking a Property Accountant to oversee the accounting for new low income housing developments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in low income housing accounting and government compliance and will manage financial statements, budgets, and ensure project adherence to regulations.
