Experience repairing, maintaining and calibrating clinical devices, including ESUs, vital signs, defibrillators, AEDs, telemetry, EKGs, IV pumps, patient monitors, OR equipment and ventilators. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. Pay Range $31.06 - $40.19 What’s in it for you Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment to ensure reliable patient care across clinical settings. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain compliance. Uphold regulatory standards and promote a safety-first environment, supporting audits and remediation efforts. Maintain accurate service records, analyze data trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve technical issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Mentor and train team members to enhance technical skills and overall service quality. What you’ll bring Technical skills and hands-on experience with medical equipment repair, calibration, and preventative maintenance. Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and coordinate service operations efficiently. A customer-focused mindset with the skillset to communicate effectively and build trust with clinical staff and team members. Problem-solving resourcefulness and the skills to develop practical solutions in fast-paced, real-time environments.
