Location: RGX Rim Repair, 307 Edwardia Drive
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
NO WEEKENDS

RGX Rim Repair is hiring now for a Shop-Based Rim Repair Specialist in our Charlotte location. No experience in rim repair? No problem. We provide full hands-on training.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform cosmetic repairs on alloy wheels (curb rash, scratches, bends, etc.)

• Use tools and machinery to sand, fill, paint, and finish rims

• Ensure high-quality, consistent workmanship

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized shop workstations

• Collaborate with shop manager and techs to hit production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Experience in automotive, painting, refinishing, or related trades preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Willingness to learn and take feedback

• Punctuality, professionalism, and pride in your work

Compensation

• Hourly Pay (Based on experience)
