Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide patient-centered care, focusing on both L&D and postpartum experiences
• Utilize equipment such as EFM, beds, and pumps effectively
• Participate in procedures including versions, circumcisions, and C-sections
• Maintain accurate documentation through Meditech Expanse and CPN Connect systems
• Float to other units as needed, offering support as a sitter or virtual assistant

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• NRP, C-EFM, BLS certifications required; STABLE and PALS preferred
• Valid RN license in hand at the time of submittal
• Experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care
• Familiarity with Nursery/NICU is a plus
