Job Description

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Connecticut, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting student development and success

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support classroom adaptations
• Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
• Engage families and caregivers in student progress
