Sheridan Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing, resident-centered care team.

Incentives & Compensation

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor resident health status and vital signs

• Support resident care plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Lead, mentor, and support CNA staff

• Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being

• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for serving and caring for the aging population

• Commitment to delivering high-quality resident care

• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
