The company is known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to delivering high-quality commercial projects while investing in employee development and long-term career growth.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers with budgeting, procurement, and subcontract administration Assist with project scheduling, document control, and contract management Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals throughout the project lifecycle Participate in site visits to monitor progress, quality, and project milestonesThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field strongly preferred 2-5 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor Experience supporting ground-up or major renovation projects preferred Exposure to automotive, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, or commercial projects is highly desirable Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a stable employment historyWhat's on OfferSalary: $85,000 - $110,000 base salary plus bonus potential Annual performance bonus and career advancement opportunities Vehicle allowance and comprehensive benefits package 401(k), PTO, and exposure to high-profile commercial projects throughout Tampa Bay
