Roseville, MN 55113 Position Scheduled: Monday through Friday from 7:30am-5:00pm Primary Responsibilities: Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800 Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving, and maintenance Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirements Work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Minnesota 1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience Ability to work at 2685 Patton Rd. Roseville, MN 55113, Monday through Friday from 7:30am-5:00pm Preferred Qualifications: Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks Ability to lift to 30 pounds Ability to climb stairs and ladders **PLEASE NOTE** The sign-on bonus is only available to external candidates.
