Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, consultative Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative to drive our business-to-business (B2B) national sales strategy from our Jacksonville headquarters.

In this role, you will interface with facility managers, safety directors, and business executives nationwide. You will consult on complete workplace response solutions—spanning brand-agnostic AED equipment, consumable replacement parts (batteries & pads), managed emergency oxygen service plans, online compliance monitoring, and on-site CPR/OSHA training classes.

We offer a competitive base salary combined with an uncapped, performance-driven commission structure.

Top performers in this role typically double their base pay (or more) within their first year.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative B2B National Sales: Field inbound inquiries and conduct strategic outreach to corporate clients nationwide to recommend tailored safety equipment, accessories, service leases (e.g., Cardio Bag lease programs), and training packages.
• Account Expansion & Program Audits: Consult with existing multi-location clients to audit their compliance needs, manage supply replacement cycles (pads/batteries), and expand training coverage across their national locations.
• Customer Success & Retention: Serve as the trusted ongoing point of contact for corporate client accounts, managing program renewals and providing top-tier service.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Track quote pipelines, maintain detailed account activity in CRM, and coordinate seamlessly with our logistics and training scheduling teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years of B2B sales, account management, or phone-based consultative sales experience.
• Earnings Drive: Motivated by an uncapped commission structure where high performance translates directly into significant earnings.
• Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with corporate decision-makers.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to navigate multi-product solution quotes (equipment, recurring service plans, and class scheduling) with high accuracy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target Compensation: $35,000–$45,000 base salary + uncapped commissions ($70,000–$90,000+ realistic total target earnings in Year 1)
