Quality Assurance

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to strict food safety standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in maintaining product integrity, conducting daily floor audits, and driving continuous quality improvements. salary: $21 - $23 per hour shift: First work hours: 5 AM - 2 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to HACCP, PCQI, GMP, and FSMA standards across all production lines. Audit & Testing: Perform routine sensory, physical, and environmental micro-testing on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. Sanitation Verification: Oversee Pre-Op and Post-Op inspection procedures, including ATP swabbing and chemical concentration checks. CAPA Management: Lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations for non-conformance events, customer complaints, or hold logs. Documentation: Maintain accurate QA logs, certificates of analysis (COAs), batch records, and traceability documentation for third-party audits (e.g., SQF, BRC). Training: Assist in onboarding and retraining production staff on proper hygiene, allergen control, and cross-contamination protocols.
