COMMUNITY BRIDGES IS GROWING - JOIN OUR TEAM!$1,000 Sign-On BonusCommunity Bridges is seeking a Behavioral Home Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Northfield, NH.Founded in 1982, Community Bridges is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. We support more than 1,100 individuals and families throughout the Greater Capital Area by identifying barriers to access and developing creative, meaningful community connections.Position OverviewThe Behavioral Home Direct Support Professional serves as a community connector, supporting individuals through community mapping and engagement to promote social inclusion. This role focuses on identifying each individual's strengths, interests, and gifts to foster meaningful relationships and community involvement-promoting abilities, not disabilities.Schedule - staff will be working 3 days per week with each shift being 12 hours in duration; staff will be considered full- timeQualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience: Experience in human services or related fields supporting individuals with disabilities preferredReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance requiredCompensation & Benefits$1,000 Sign-On Bonus$500 paid at hire$500 paid after 6 months of employmentSign-on bonus available to new hires only.
