Speech Language Pathologist

Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are welcome Prior experience in a school setting is an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent organization and documentation abilities Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and language challenges Provide direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster a supportive learning environment Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions Offer guidance and education to families and staff on best practices in speech and language development Step into a rewarding contract position where you can see the results of your work every day.
