• Participate in in-house calls alongside scheduled clinical hours
• Manage care for up to 10 patients per shift
• Work within an inpatient hospital environment
• Experience in NICU and nursery levels I & II is essential
• Attend C-sections and handle high-risk deliveries
• Required skills include ventilation management and newborn intubation
• Central line placement experience is preferred
• Ongoing coverage opportunities are available
