Job Description Hospice RN | Island Living | $97K + Exceptional PTO Full Time | Hospice | Community-Based Care Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice and Palliative Care of Martha's Vineyard in Tisbury, Massachusetts. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide compassionate hospice and palliative nursing care for patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Martha's Vineyard. Complete comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and coordinate services with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and hospice team members. Educate patients and families on symptom management, disease progression, medications, and end-of-life care. Deliver comfort-focused nursing interventions while supporting patients and loved ones through every stage of the hospice journey. Maintain accurate documentation while collaborating within an experienced interdisciplinary hospice team. Become part of a respected nonprofit hospice dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care throughout the island community. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary from $85,000-$97,000 Health insurance with no deductible and approximately 70% employer-paid premiums. Dental and vision insurance. 3% retirement match.
