We are looking for a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will be the face of our organization, managing key accounts and hunting for exciting new business opportunities. What You'll Do (Essential Functions)

• Drive Growth: Cultivate relationships with existing accounts to maximize satisfaction while aggressively prospecting and closing new business.

• Be the Expert: Deep-dive into our premier product line to confidently up-sell, cross-sell, and make strategic recommendations that help our clients succeed.

• On the Move: Plan your own travel, schedule face-to-face visits with key accounts, and represent the brand at major industry trade shows.

• Collaborate: Partner closely with management and inside sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met flawlessly.

What We Are Looking For

• The Experience: A Bachelor’s degree paired with 2 years of sales experience (or an equivalent, stellar track record of training and experience).

• The Road Warrior Mentality: You must be comfortable with 90% travel. You love being out in the field, visiting diverse manufacturing and industrial facilities, and working from your home office.

• The Core Skills: Top-tier communication, high initiative, solid computer proficiency, excellent time management, and intermediate math skills.

Position Details

• Classification: Exempt

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Physical Demands: Ability to handle average-weight objects up to 10 lbs.
