Healthcare Quality Specialist - HEDIS & Chart Audits

Suvida Healthcare seeks a Quality Specialist to close care gaps, document for payers, and audit data to improve HEDIS measures. You will collaborate with clinic staff and the Director of Quality to ensure accurate reporting and staff education. The role requires 4+ years in value-based care, 2+ years in HEDIS/Risk Adjustment, and proficiency with payer portals, CMS STARS knowledge, and basic billing concepts.
